Taylor Swift made the first stop of her Speak Now Tour in Singapore on Feb.9, 2011 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium . As this was the first time she has ever performed in Singapore, fans waited with anticipation to greet her at the airport. Taylor took her time greeting fans by signing autographs and taking pictures. Later she ended up in the middle of a street party and being the carefree spirit that she is, she joined right in. Singapore fans who waited outside the venue were thrilled when Taylor arrived and came out to meet them.
Opening for Taylor was the Singapore Idol 2009, Sezairi Sezali, who was thrilled to be opening for his Idol. After only a fifteen minute set, the lights came up and they finished setting up for Taylor.
According to tweets from people that were there and audio and video that I have seen, the crowd was going wild. Taylor came out and didn't disappoint. She sang a 13 song setlist.

Taylor ended the night by falling backwards into a mattress. Then she met with fans for the T-party.
I am so glad that Taylor went to Singapore. She has a huge fan base there that is still singing praises about the show. I have heard some say they wished she would have done two nights there.
